Description

Shiva Lingam stones are exclusively found in the Narmarda river in Central Western Indian. The stones on the river bed are naturally formed into this shape by the river's currents. They are collected and hand finished by locals.

The stone represent Shiva and is subject to worship in the same manner as an icon would be worshipped. They vary in sizes from small ones at approximately 1 inch (2.50cm) to huge pieces, over 6 feet tall.

This Lingam measures 8 inches (20cm) and comes complete with the stand shown.
