Description

A particular favourite image of ours is this crawling Balakrishna. It is exclusive to Tamil Nadu and so called 'Kondai' because of the stylisation of the headdress. This piece is a particularly fine example.

There is a small amount of damage to Krishna's left hand. Other than that it is in very good condition considering it is around 400 years old.
