Description

A truly stunning late 17th century or early 18th century image of Radha, the consort of Lord Krishna, from Orissa. It has all the attributes we would expect from an Orrisan piece. The large bulging eyes (although slightly worn), the accentuated hands and the beaded base.

It is in almost perfect condition with a very dark colour and good patina. Images such as this are becoming harder and harder to come by and we are pleased to offer this.
