As we offer a 100% guarantee on the authenticity of each piece we sell we are happy to stand by this. If you have serious doubts about a piece we supply, and once we have had the chance to discuss these doubts openly with you, you may return it if you are still not happy. Your custom is extremely important to us and we will accomodate you as much as we can.
All the pieces available for sale are offered on an 'as seen' basis. Before purchasing a piece please be sure that you have viewed all the images (we will be happy to email you hi-resolution versions upon request), you have read our description and that you have asked us all the questions you wish answering. All sales are final unless there is a genuine dispute over age or condition (i.e. insured shipment are received damaged - please see our shipping section for more details on insurance).
Should a piece need to be returned to us it is done so at the cost of the purchaser. To ensure safe receipt of any return please ensure it well packed, clearly labelled and sent via a secure and reputable courier. We will forward you detail of the return address once we have agreed to accept your return.
We can not accept returns without prior agreement.
One we have recieved your prior agreed return we will refund you via the same method that you made payment to us, less any charges we incur directly as a result of your refund.
